Group Coaching

Action Learning Groups (Peer Coaching Groups)

Ottawa Fitness

Groups of 5 or 6 people, who typically don’t work together, meeting regularly to focus on real leadership and life challenges, not by advice-giving and problem-solving, but by asking insightful questions through a process of collaborative inquiry facilitated by Lynda. During this open and non-judgmental process, participants learn from and support each other as they identify new ways to move forward. There is an immediate and direct impact on the way participants think and behave. Actions are tangible.

Coaching Teams

An team is a group of people who work together on a program or project and report to the same boss. If the way you’re working isn’t working, team coaching has the potential to support movement into the future. This is different from other approaches as it develops individual and group capabilities, thus allowing the whole team to create and sustain change.  This approach maximizes the combined energy and experience of all members to achieve organizational objectives and individual goals.

Applying the principles of Integral Coaching® that Lynda uses with Individual Coaching, and using a variety of tools and techniques, a foundation of trust is established. Individual coaching and peer coaching groups may also be used. Expect the unexpected as this approach is not business as usual, and be prepared for remarkable results.
