Personal Coaching

Personal TrainerCoaching begins with a conversation. Lynda gains an understanding of you and what it is you want to change in your personal or professional life.  This becomes your coaching topic.  Lynda also assesses your current strengths and challenges to  see how these will affect the change you are seeking to make.

Lynda then creates a coaching program to guide the work ahead in which the purpose and expected results are clearly defined. Between coaching sessions, you will engage in new behaviours and take actions  that expand the way you see the world and support the achievement of your goals, thus unlocking your infinite potential and fostering long-term sustainable change. Personal coaching is available for individuals and couples.

Your whole life coach approach includes 1 to 1.5 hour coaching sessions every 2 weeks in person, or by phone or skype. The length of the coaching program varies depending on your needs, and is typically 4 to 6 months, or 12 – 20 hours of coaching.  Intensive, complex change topics can include up to 12 months of coaching. You pay either at the beginning or end of each month of coaching sessions.

Your Mobile Coach approach includes sessions on your mobile device, computer or land line of 20, 40 or 60 minutes.  These can be phone/video calls, text or email.  You pay a monthly retainer for a total of 3 hours of coaching per month that you use according to your needs. Sessions may be scheduled or just in time. The total duration of the coaching relationship can be 1 to 12 months.
