Group Coaching

Peer Coaching Circles and Action Learning Groups

Groups of 5 or 6 people, who typically don’t work together, meeting regularly to focus on real-life leadership and lifestyle-related challenges, not by advice-giving and problem-solving, but by asking insightful questions through a process of collaborative inquiry. During this open and non-judgmental discussion process, participants learn from and support each other as they identify new ways and approaches to move forward. There is an immediate and direct impact on the way participants think and behave.

Coaching In-tact Teams

An in-tact team is a group of people who work together on a program or project and report to the same boss. If the way you’re working isn’t working, then in-tact team coaching has the potential to develop the capacity to support movement into the future. This is different from other approaches as it develops individual and group capabilities that allow the whole team to create and sustain change; thus, maximizing the combined energy and experience of all members to achieve organizational objectives and individual goals.
