Coaching begins with a conversation. Lynda strives to understand you and your topic, assess your current strengths and challenges and discover the difference you desire.
If you are ready to commit to working toward change, Lynda creates a coaching program to guide the work ahead. The purpose and expected results of the coaching program are clearly defined, as well as the behaviours to be changed, developed or improved. Between scheduled coaching sessions, you will be asked to do specific exercises and practices that support the achievement of your goals. With personalized practices, you will gradually shift the way you see your topic and be able to adopt a new way to approach the topic that supports your change objectives.
During this process, your whole life coach, Lynda will work along side you offering distinctions, posing questions to probe deeper levels of meaning and checking the relevance of emerging insights against the coaching program’s goals. This self-correcting and self-generating method fosters long-term sustainable change.
Coaching sessions are every 2 to 3 weeks and may be done in person or over the telephone. Each session usually lasts one hour. The length of the coaching program varies depending on your needs, and is typically 4 to 6 months.
