Coaching Practices
Lynda’s way of coaching from an integral perspective offers a process that is unique to you because of your unique way of approaching your topic. She also attends to all of you: mind, body heart and spirit. With this in mind, Lynda has selected four of her favourite practices for you to use. If you would like to work on some aspect of your intellectual, physical, emotional or spiritual well being, she invites you to try one of these practices. Remember that a practice needs to be used regularly until such time as it is no longer a “practice” as it has become a part of your way of being in life. This is what change and coaching are all about. Lynda’s desire is that these practices will help you “be the change you seek”.
