Fitness ProgramLynda is certified to administer the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology – Physical Activity Training for Health (CSEP-PATH) personal fitness appraisal. This fitness appraisal assesses body composition, aerobic fitness, strength, flexibility, balance, back health and lifestyle habits. Lynda uses the results to determine the optimal course of action for your current condition and to design a unique Personal Training Program to meet your goals. A fitness appraisal is the first step in a comprehensive and personalized fitness plan that Lynda will guide you through.
