Group Coaching
PEER COACHING GROUPS - a.k.a. Action Learning Groups
My group coaching consists of groups of 5 or 6 people meeting regularly to focus on real leadership and life challenges. This is not done by advice-giving and problem-solving; rather, I facilitate asking insightful questions through a process of collaborative inquiry. As with Leadership & Life Coaching, I follow an integral approach that includes your intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual capabilities.
During this open and non-judgmental process, you’ll learn from and support each other as you identify new ways to move forward. There will be an immediate and direct impact on the way you think and behave. The actions are tangible.
