PEER COACHING GROUPS - a.k.a. Action Learning Groups
My group coaching consists of groups of 5 or 6 people who typically don’t work together, meeting regularly to focus on real leadership and life challenges. This is not done by advice-giving and problem-solving; rather, I facilitate asking insightful questions through a process of collaborative inquiry. As with Leadership & Life Coaching, I follow an integral approach that includes your intellectual, emotional, physical and spiritual capabilities.
During this open and non-judgmental process, you’ll learn from and support each other as you identify new ways to move forward. There will be an immediate and direct impact on the way you think and behave. The actions are tangible.
What are the benefits…what can you learn?
- Critical reflection skills
- Inquiry and questioning abilities
- Active listening skills and greater self-awareness
- Empathy and the capacity to connect with others with authenticity
- Ability to adapt, change and grow
- Strategic thinking skills
- Facilitation skills
- Discussing challenges openly in a secure, confidential environment where you feel supported and understood
- Cost is minimal and impact is profound
A team is a group of people who work together on a program or project and report to the same boss. If the way you’re working isn’t working, team coaching has the potential to support movement into the future. This is different from other approaches as it develops individual and group capabilities, thus allowing the whole team to create and sustain change. This approach maximizes the combined energy and experience of all members to achieve organizational objectives and individual goals.
Applying the same principles of Integral Coaching® that I use with Leadership and Life Coaching, and using a variety of tools and techniques, a foundation of trust is established. Individual coaching and peer coaching groups may also be applied. Expect the unexpected as this approach is anything but business as usual. Be prepared for remarkable results!
I encourage prospective clients to schedule a complementary 30 minute consultation call. Please note that this is not a coaching session. The purpose of this call is for us to get acquainted and to explore your challenge, goal or change desire. This is also a great way to make sure that you get the coaching package that is right for you and to confirm that we are comfortable and confident working together.
