NEW: Introduction to yoga at the Rideau Sports Centre
Want to try yoga but don’t know where to begin? If you can breathe, you can do yoga! Come with me and explore the basics in a safe and welcoming environment. Following the principles of Hatha yoga, you will learn classic yoga postures that stretch and strengthen the body, and breathing techniques that calm the nervous system and steady the mind. This accessible program gives you practical skills to make yoga part of life-long well-being in body, mind and spirit.
This is a 5 week program every Thursday at 1:30 – 2:30 from April 26 to May 24.
