June 2015 – Monthly Coaching Practice: Gratitude

This practice is intended to build your ability to observe, recognize, and be grateful for  life. This can be as simple as stopping to observe a beautiful sunset.

You will need a journal (some kind of writing pad) to do this practice. At the end of every day (no exceptions) take 5 minutes to reflect back on your day and recall 3 good, positive, joyful, happy, creative, pleasant….things that happened in your day. Briefly describe each thing in your journal.

Do this practice every day for the rest of your life.  🙂
