Since 2015 I’ve posted a Blog of some sort every month which I have called the “Monthly Motivation”. These Blogs are on topics that relate to my work and my ongoing training and experience in the areas of personal and professional growth, as well as physical, mental and emotional health and well-being. Sometimes, I’ve found an article in my research that I thought was worth sharing and sometimes I’ve written something based on my own experience working with the wonderful people who I’ve been privileged to serve. I also use this Blog to announce news and events.
